Naturactor Coverface Concealer Review

Hello Pretties how are you?

I normally get so excited about a product a few days after I buy it and can’t wait to write a review; then I carry on using the product and most of the time I continue to like it, but sometimes I actually start to dislike it. Because of that, I’m trying to wait at least 2 weeks before reviewing a product I think I really like, just so I’m 100% sure about it. So now I’m here again to tell you something about this Naturactor Cover Face Concealer and how am I in love with this naturactor.

Before I have been using a liquid foundation in the special occasion, parties and even in my work, but now I used this Naturactor Cover Face Concealer, I only need to use this Naturactor Cover Face to even out my skin tone at the same time conceal any dark spots and eye bags or at the same time the blemishes.

I have so many dark spot, blemishes, and pimples and uneven skin tone in my face , you know guys this Naturactor Cover Face Concealer is very effective for that skin issues. Naturactor Cover Face Concealer  it’s absolutely a must-have and I swear by its efficacy. After using this Naturactor it made my skin look smooth and concealed all the unwanted spots in my face. So my shade is 141 and I use the entire product on my face. A little goes a long way so it’s not cakey at all. It has a powder finish with a mild scent. The texture of this Naturactor Cover Face Concealer is that it’s a cream but not too creamy it’s  just  like a creamy powdery type.

I recommend by using this naturactor  use the stippling brush rather than blending with hand or concealer brush because at first I tried those methods and it just doesn’t look right.

So once the Naturactor Coverface Concealer is applied it doesn’t give that heavy or sticky feeling whereby you maybe need to wait for it to absorb it absolutely feel like powder on your face. Very light weight this is so amazing. The Naturactor Coverface Concealer will last the entire day and I have combination skin. So

You will not regret not having this in your make-up kit. You can use it anywhere you are and easy to apply.

RESULTS

On the pictures you can see that this Naturactor Coverface Concealer really brightened my skin, after applying this Naturactor it made my skin look smooth and concealed all the unwanted spots in my face.

There are only 5 shades available, which are 130, 140, 141, 151, 171 My skin tone ranges from 130 to 141; I’m currently used 141 and I think this is the shade match for me.

Base on my opinion:

PROS of  Naturactor Coverface Concealer

·         Small jar but last long been having this for about 6 months now.

·         It evens out skin tone when used as a foundation. It doesn’t leave marks of blemishes at all.

·         Easy to use the creamy texture makes it easy to blend with the skin. It easily blends with my skin tone, doesn’t look cakey at all!

·         It doesn’t have a foul scent. It has a really really subtle flowery scent.

·          I love that a bit product can be blended to give a nice coverage to my face.

 CONS of Naturactor Coverface Concealer

•         It is expensive than most of the drugstore concealers.
•        Unlike when I’m using bb creams, I noticed that I get super shiny half way through the day.      
•       Not sold in stores need to get online & be careful of fakes.

Okay that’s about all I’ve to say about this product. Try and you will see the good result and you will love Naturactor Coverface Concealer too.

Ooooh, a pumpkin mask. I'm a big fan of pumpkin (yes, I fully admit to being one of the people that stalks Starbucks every fall) I'm also a big fan of smooth skin, especially when I can get it fast. And smell yummy pumpkin while treating my skin.

So, yes, it does look like someone basically just mixed up some canned pumpkin and maybe some body lotion. It smells just like fresh (?) canned pumpkin, and when you smear it on to your face it looks like it too. There are a few slightly bigger chunks in it, but they're soft and didn't bother me. They just made me feel super pumpkin-ish.

This mask doesn't dry on your skin like a clay mask, but it did tingle slightly for me. It wasn't unpleasant, didn't hurt, but there was definitely a little bit of a tingle. It rinsed off easily though I did wash my face afterwards to ensure there wasn't any residual mask left on my skin.

This mask is basically a light chemical peel, the pumpkin has been blended with Glycolic Acid. The Pumpkin also contains enzymes and helps to lightly exfoliate the skin. Remember that chemical exfoliating does make your skin more susceptible to the sun, so be sure to wear your broad spectrum sunscreen!

After washing it off my skin is smoother and I feel a bit glowy. I used it a few times a week for about 3 weeks and over time it helped to clear out my pores. Smells yummy and works well (without any skin irritation?) Count me in!

NYX Butter Lipstick Swatches and Review

I got my NYX Butter Lipsticks ($6) a couple of month ago and I’m slightly ashamed to say that I just got around to trying them out,  mostly because I have so many damn lipsticks and just not enough lips. After finally giving them a fair shot, I really wish I hadn’t waited so long to try them  because they turned out to be pretty fantastic! I figured I should share my six dollar joy with the world with a review and some swatches.

I only ordered two shades of these but after trying them out, I find myself wishing I had ordered more. These lipsticks come in 22 gorgeous shades, are oh-so-creamy, super comfortable and the staying power truly surprised me.

Both shades glided on smoothly and and looked gorgeous although Sugar Wafer was a little less opaque than it’s more pigmented counterpart Mary Janes. Mary Janes managed to hold up for most of the day and I’d imagine the other more pigmented shades would perform similarly but I wouldn’t expected the lighter shades to last as long.

I had originally planned on doing a little experiment with Mary Janes using Too Faced Lip Insurance Primer but Mary Janes just had to go and ruin it for me by being too good. The plan was to take pictures immediately after applying Mary Janes, three hours after applying it, and finally six hours after applying it without ever reapplying throughout the day. The following day I was going to do the same thing again with the only difference being I would be using Too Faced Lip Insurance under it this time. I wanted to see what kind of difference in staying power the lip primer would make. I thought for sure such a creamy lipstick would barely make it past lunch but Mary Janes had to go and prove me wrong. It lasted so well that I decided to wait and use a different lipstick for my primer experiment. Without further adieu, here is how Mary Janes held up through out the day!

In the following pictures I only used Mary Janes straight out of the tube. No lip liner, no lip brushes, I wanted to see how it would perform all on it’s own.

Mary Janes three hours later, after lunch and drinking water through a straw. It’s faded and some of the creaminess has worn off but it’s still going pretty strong. 

Mary Janes six hours after application.  I had eaten lunch, drank coffee and even taken a nap. It’s faded but not too bad and hey, at least it’s faded evenly rather than patchy like some products. It’s also began to feather a bit but I feel like that could have been avoided by using a lip liner.

So as you know i have recently gone Cruelty Free (CF). Out with the old and in with the new!
I have literally cleared out all my old makeup that wasnt CF- Its quite bad how much i actually owned without even knowing! But it has given me the perfect excuse to do some online retail therapy!

I came across "Medusa's Makeup" while searching for CF brands on the PETA webisght. I must admit (not to judge a book by its cover) but the name really intrigued me and pulled me in! On the PETA web sight there is literally hundreds of brands and usually i just pick ones that i like the sound of- I am a big kid at heart!

So when i saw the Medusa websight i was blown away! it was right up my alley! *Fist Pump =P

Their range is massive! Packed full of highly pigmented shadows, glitters and pigments! Amazing eyeliners, Mascaras and so much more! Oh i was like a kid in a candy shop!

About Medusa's Makeup

I loved reading their bio on their wesight! They are such a inspirational company that loves promoting uniqueness, and "pushing the envelope!"
Their story is just like a old fashion loved story "boy meets girl, fall in love and get married. They had their own fashion stoer called "Medusa's Circle", and then got inspired to create "Medusa's Makeup" in 1998 which was mainly glitters and eye dusts, which then launched to the rest of the world in 2005!
YAY for us!!

The company is obviously CF, And very affordable! with eyeshadow and pigments selling at $7-$8! Medusa's Makeup isnt afraid to inspire others to be unique and creative! Their range will defiantly help everyone accomplish that!

PACKAGING

The makeup arrive beautifully packaged! The shadows were placed in a clear plastic slip with the Medusa logo in the background.

The Eye shadows  can is a cardboard zebra print box with a hole to see what colour the shadow is.

All the ingredients are listed on the back of this box- as well as the size (2gms), the websight and the fact that it is CF

The Shadows are placed in a plastic pot with a lid that flip us. The lid is clear so you can easily see what the shadow is. The name of the shadow is clearly written on the back of the shadow pot

The Eye Dusts came on their own is a plastic container with a screw up lid. The base of the container has a thread too- so you can remove the lids a make the pigments a stack of pigments! Great for travel!

The name of the Eye dust is listed on the back- with its ingredients, the medusa websight and the size (1.5g)

* The glitters are packaged the same as the eye dust

The Gel eyeliner/Indelible Paint came in a box, its weight (3g) is printed on the front. It also has a description on the back of the box as well as the ingredients.

The product comes in a clear glass jar with a plastic screw top lid.

The lipstick came in a box aswel- Listed with the ingredients, webisght and size (3.5g)

The Lipstick container itself is the most amazing container i have ever seen! I love it so much! Its made of plastic with a beautiful rose on the lid

EYE SHADOWS

ELECTRO PURPLE- Is a cool based purple- not too cool that it looks blue but its more blue based then pink. It has amazing silver shimmer particles in it!

TARZAN- This shadow is so stunning! Its a soft smokey peach/Nude shade! It will be perfect to use with pretty much all eye looks! It also has a very faint pinky gold shimmer in it

LIGER- A terracotta bronze shadow with a soft coppery sheen

VENOM- A bright olive green shadow with gold and yellow shimmers

EYE DUSTS

PENNY WISE- A beautiful rich brick shade- not red but not copper somewhere in between!

AGENT ORANGE- A amazing sherbert orange shade- has a slight pinky coral hint to it!

GLITTER
AK47- A multi toned glitter

INDELIBLE PAINT
PURPLEXED- A intense creamy purple.

LIPSTICK
Miami- This is a beautiful pale pink- blue based!

 These products are amazing!

Considering the price I didn’t know what to expect. The makeup is so affordable! BUT they makeup didn’t disappoint! It is incredible, highly pigmented and a great texture. It is smooth and creamy, easy to apply and blend! Because its so pigmented you don’t need much product at all so the product is going to last a LONG time!
They last a long time when you wear them aswell! With no smudging or colour fade!

HONESTLY everyone should get there hands on these products! I will defiantly be buying more soon!

The shipping was incredibly fast and very affordable!
